Yes — Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) is fully supported, including ACF Blocks. The same applies to Gutenberg and the Classic editor: all standard WordPress content is read completely.

It depends on the builder (and needs Bot Marley 0.9.10 or newer). Elementor is fully supported — pages are indexed completely, so the bot reads the full text of every page (Theme Builder templates and popups aren’t included). Divi, WPBakery and Avada are partially supported — page text and key content such as section titles, button labels and FAQ/accordion items are indexed, though some builder-specific elements may be skipped. Bricks, Oxygen and similar aren’t fully compatible yet — they store content outside the standard WordPress post, so only page titles reach the knowledge base.
